Session Walkthrough
After arriving to Recharge Deland we recommend the following for your session. Each Red Light Therapy session is 20 minutes long and we recommend wearing as little clothing as possible so your skin can absorb as much Red Light Therapy as possible. After the session, you should feel rejuvenated and you'll begin to see major results after multiple sessions. We recommend 3 to 4 sessions per week.
